Deployment Instructions:
For remote casualty management, the kit features the innovative Gotcha™ Frog and a telescopic attachment pole. To initiate a rescue from a height, the Gotcha™ Frog is remotely attached to the casualty's harness using the extended pole. Once secured, the rope descent and rescue controller facilitates a smooth, constant rate lowering of the casualty to a safe ground level. For vertical rescue scenarios where direct access is challenging, the Gotcha™ pole and frog allow operators to safely reach and connect with the casualty, enabling their controlled retrieval or descent with precision and safety.

The Gotcha™ Frog, a robust remote attachment device, features aluminium alloy construction, a 22kN strength rating, and a 13.1mm gate opening, conforming to EN362:04/A/T standards for connecting components. Its telescopic attachment rod, crafted from fibreglass, ensures extended reach while remaining lightweight and manoeuvrable.
The kernmantle rope, with a 9mm diameter and Teflon coated internal fibres, guarantees optimal performance and longevity in harsh conditions.
The BLACK SNAKE attachment sling, manufactured from high-tenacity polyester webbing, is designed for reeved configurations and offers a maximum fall arrest load of 15kN.
The entire kit is conveniently stored in a durable roll-down closure, PVC backpack-style gear bag for ease of transport and rapid deployment. Available in 50m (GOTCHA-CRD-RPX50-MP) and 120m (GOTCHA-CRD-RPX120-MP) rope length options, both configurations provide efficient lowering and raising capabilities, with a powered drill lift option available upon request for enhanced versatility.
